Founded with seed funding from Patagonia, Home Planet Fund supports Indigenous peoples and local communities who have protected land, water, and culture for generations.

From women leaders in the Pacific Islands, to farmers around the Third Pole, to Alaska Native communities, to pastoralists in East Africa — this work is led by locals, grounded in trust, and rooted in lived knowledge.

We are honored to announce that Holdfast Collective, Patagonia’s non-profit shareholder, will match every donation to Home Planet Fund – dollar for dollar – up to $50,000 for the month of May.
