When rooted in trust and care, finance becomes more than funding, it becomes a way to support Indigenous-led, land-based solutions that have long protected and regenerated the Earth.
Lolabegim Mirmastova (MBA) is the Finance and Operations Manager of Home Planet Fund. She has worked across private financial firms, nonprofit finance, project management, and community resilience efforts in Central Asia and USA. Her experience includes working with Accelerate Prosperity, and managing donor-funded projects with a focus on sustainability, education, and entrepreneurship.
Born and raised in the Pamir region of Tajikistan, an Indigenous mountain community shaped by resilience and deep ecological knowledge, Lola brings a personal understanding of the communities Home Planet Fund supports. Her work centers on building systems that are both financially sound and responsive to the lived realities of frontline communities. In this way, Lola ensures that financial systems are both accountable and accessible, supporting Indigenous-led work with the clarity, flexibility, and care it deserves.
